Refund Policy
Thank you for using Transcribe Video to Text, operated under Kobaltstack LLC. We want you to have a good experience with the Service, and this policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
By making a purchase through Transcribe Video to Text, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, please contact us first: we are happy to help resolve the issue.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If the paid plan does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.
2. Renewals
The same applies to an automatic renewal: if you forgot to cancel, write to us within 30 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it.
3. When something is broken
If the extension does not work for you because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, we will refund your last payment regardless of usage.
4. Subscriptions and cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep your plan until then. Cancelling by itself does not refund the current period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except under the rules above or where required by law.
If you believe you were charged after cancelling, please contact us at support@transcribevideototext.app and we will resolve it.
5. Free plan
The free plan and free credits do not involve a monetary transaction and are therefore not subject to refunds.
6. How to request a refund
Email us at support@transcribevideototext.app from the email you paid with, or reply to your payment receipt, with your order details (email used at purchase, approximate date, and reason for the request). We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of approval. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
7. Exceptions
We may decline a refund request where there is evidence of fraud, abuse of this policy, or other manipulative behavior, for example repeated purchases and refund requests made to use the paid minutes for free.
8. Your legal rights
Your statutory consumer rights, including any withdrawal or cancellation periods required under the laws of your country of residence, are unaffected by this policy and always take precedence over it.
